When you contact us with a problem,  we will work to solve it.  Most of the time, your computer can be serviced right in your office or home.  When your system needs further testing or repair, we will take it to our workshop, and return it to you promptly  to minimize downtime. 

You can rely on us to take care of your computer(s),  listen to what you would like your system(s) to be able to do, offer ideas on how to make that happen,  and then if you decide to go ahead, do it.  This complete approach provides you individualized computer support tailored especially to your needs.

We come to your location, and make computer repairs,  often  on the spot.  When further testing is necessary, we take your system to our workshop, and return it to you as soon as it is ready.   

Upgrades

One of the most wonderful aspects of computers is that they can easily grow along with the way you are using your system.   You do not need to go out and purchase a whole new computer.  By making upgrades to your existing system, you can have it run faster, be able to do more, or hold a lot more data.

Networking

Sharing printers, jointly working on projects, multiple user mailings, email,,, can all be accomplished through networking.  If you have more than  one system, joining them through a network opens all sorts of possibilities.

Pricing:

Fee is $55.00 per hour 

We bill in intervals of 6 minutes.  That means you are charged for the exact length of time that we are there, rounding up to the nearest  sixth minute, rather than the half hour or hour.   There is no minimum charge.
